The F5 BIG-IP Local Traffic Manager 11.x Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) is published as a tool to improve the security of Department of Defense (DoD) information systems. This document is meant for use in conjunction with the F5 BIG-IP Device Management (DM) STIG and is required to be used for each deployment of the F5 BIG-IP appliance. The BIG-IP LTM provides traffic management for rapid deployment, optimization, load balancing, and off-loading of sessions between users and application servers.
