Vendor Statements (disclaimer)

Official Statement from Red Hat (05/19/2009)

Not vulnerable. This issue did not affect the versions of Linux kernel as shipped with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 2.1, 3, 4, 5 or Red Hat Enterprise MRG. The uvcvideo driver was first added in kernel packages update RHSA-2009:0225 in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.3, and it already contained a fix for this flaw.
