CVE-2019-6611 |
When BIG-IP 14.0.0-14.1.0.1, 13.0.0-13.1.1.4, 12.1.0-12.1.4, 11.6.1-11.6.3.4, and 11.5.2-11.5.8 are processing certain rare data sequences occurring in PPTP VPN traffic, the BIG-IP system may execute incorrect logic. The TMM may restart and produce a core file as a result of this condition. The BIG-IP system provisioned with the CGNAT module and configured with a virtual server using a PPTP profile is exposed to this vulnerability. Published: May 03, 2019; 2:29:01 PM -0400 |

CVE-2019-6609 |
Platform dependent weakness. This issue only impacts iSeries platforms. On these platforms, in BIG-IP (LTM, AAM, AFM, Analytics, APM, ASM, DNS, Edge Gateway, FPS, GTM, Link Controller, PEM, WebAccelerator) versions 14.0.0-14.1.0.1, 13.0.0-13.1.1.3, and 12.1.1 HF2-12.1.4, the secureKeyCapable attribute was not set which causes secure vault to not use the F5 hardware support to store the unit key. Instead the unit key is stored in plaintext on disk as would be the case for Z100 systems. Additionally this causes the unit key to be stored in UCS files taken on these platforms. CVE-2019-6600 |
In BIG-IP 14.0.0-14.0.0.2, 13.0.0-13.1.1.3, 12.1.0-12.1.3.7, 11.6.1-11.6.3.2, or 11.5.1-11.5.8, when remote authentication is enabled for administrative users and all external users are granted the "guest" role, unsanitized values can be reflected to the client via the login page. This can lead to a cross-site scripting attack against unauthenticated clients. Published: March 13, 2019; 6:29:00 PM -0400 |
V3.1: 6.1 MEDIUM V2.0: 4.3 MEDIUM |
CVE-2019-6597 |
In BIG-IP 13.0.0-13.1.1.1, 12.1.0-12.1.3.7, 11.6.1-11.6.3.2, or 11.5.1-11.5.8 or Enterprise Manager 3.1.1, when authenticated administrative users run commands in the Traffic Management User Interface (TMUI), also referred to as the BIG-IP Configuration utility, restrictions on allowed commands may not be enforced. CVE-2019-1559 |
If an application encounters a fatal protocol error and then calls SSL_shutdown() twice (once to send a close_notify, and once to receive one) then OpenSSL can respond differently to the calling application if a 0 byte record is received with invalid padding compared to if a 0 byte record is received with an invalid MAC. If the application then behaves differently based on that in a way that is detectable to the remote peer, then this amounts to a padding oracle that could be used to decrypt data. In order for this to be exploitable "non-stitched" ciphersuites must be in use. Stitched ciphersuites are optimised implementations of certain commonly used ciphersuites. Also the application must call SSL_shutdown() twice even if a protocol error has occurred (applications should not do this but some do anyway). Fixed in OpenSSL 1.0.2r (Affected 1.0.2-1.0.2q). CVE-2019-6594 |
On BIG-IP 11.5.1-11.6.3.2, 12.1.3.4-12.1.3.7, 13.0.0 HF1-13.1.1.1, and 14.0.0-14.0.0.2, Multi-Path TCP (MPTCP) does not protect against multiple zero length DATA_FINs in the reassembly queue, which can lead to an infinite loop in some circumstances. Published: February 26, 2019; 10:29:00 AM -0500 |

CVE-2018-5391 |
The Linux kernel, versions 3.9+, is vulnerable to a denial of service attack with low rates of specially modified packets targeting IP fragment re-assembly. An attacker may cause a denial of service condition by sending specially crafted IP fragments. Various vulnerabilities in IP fragmentation have been discovered and fixed over the years. The current vulnerability (CVE-2018-5391) became exploitable in the Linux kernel with the increase of the IP fragment reassembly queue size. Published: September 06, 2018; 5:29:00 PM -0400 |
