---|---|---|
CVE-2018-6196 |
w3m through 0.5.3 is prone to an infinite recursion flaw in HTMLlineproc0 because the feed_table_block_tag function in table.c does not prevent a negative indent value. Published: January 24, 2018; 10:29:00 PM -0500 |
V4.0:(not available) V3.0: 7.5 HIGH V2.0: 5.0 MEDIUM |
CVE-2018-1000007 |
libcurl 7.1 through 7.57.0 might accidentally leak authentication data to third parties. When asked to send custom headers in its HTTP requests, libcurl will send that set of headers first to the host in the initial URL but also, if asked to follow redirects and a 30X HTTP response code is returned, to the host mentioned in URL in the `Location:` response header value. Sending the same set of headers to subsequent hosts is in particular a problem for applications that pass on custom `Authorization:` headers, as this header often contains privacy sensitive information or data that could allow others to impersonate the libcurl-using client's request. Published: January 24, 2018; 5:29:00 PM -0500 |
V4.0:(not available) V3.1: 9.8 CRITICAL V2.0: 5.0 MEDIUM |
CVE-2018-1000005 |
libcurl 7.49.0 to and including 7.57.0 contains an out bounds read in code handling HTTP/2 trailers. It was reported (https://github.com/curl/curl/pull/2231) that reading an HTTP/2 trailer could mess up future trailers since the stored size was one byte less than required. The problem is that the code that creates HTTP/1-like headers from the HTTP/2 trailer data once appended a string like `:` to the target buffer, while this was recently changed to `: ` (a space was added after the colon) but the following math wasn't updated correspondingly. When accessed, the data is read out of bounds and causes either a crash or that the (too large) data gets passed to client write. This could lead to a denial-of-service situation or an information disclosure if someone has a service that echoes back or uses the trailers for something. Published: January 24, 2018; 5:29:00 PM -0500 |
V4.0:(not available) V3.0: 9.1 CRITICAL V2.0: 6.4 MEDIUM |
CVE-2018-5683 |
The vga_draw_text function in Qemu allows local OS guest privileged users to cause a denial of service (out-of-bounds read and QEMU process crash) by leveraging improper memory address validation. Published: January 23, 2018; 1:29:00 PM -0500 |

CVE-2018-5950 |
Cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the web UI in Mailman before 2.1.26 allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via a user-options URL. Published: January 23, 2018; 11:29:01 AM -0500 |

CVE-2017-15105 |
A flaw was found in the way unbound before 1.6.8 validated wildcard-synthesized NSEC records. An improperly validated wildcard NSEC record could be used to prove the non-existence (NXDOMAIN answer) of an existing wildcard record, or trick unbound into accepting a NODATA proof. Published: January 23, 2018; 11:29:00 AM -0500 |
V4.0:(not available) V3.0: 5.3 MEDIUM V2.0: 5.0 MEDIUM |
CVE-2016-10708 |
sshd in OpenSSH before 7.4 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (NULL pointer dereference and daemon crash) via an out-of-sequence NEWKEYS message, as demonstrated by Honggfuzz, related to kex.c and packet.c. Published: January 21, 2018; 5:29:00 PM -0500 |
V4.0:(not available) V3.0: 7.5 HIGH V2.0: 5.0 MEDIUM |
CVE-2018-5784 |
In LibTIFF 4.0.9, there is an uncontrolled resource consumption in the TIFFSetDirectory function of tif_dir.c. Remote attackers could leverage this vulnerability to cause a denial of service via a crafted tif file. This occurs because the declared number of directory entries is not validated against the actual number of directory entries. Published: January 19, 2018; 3:29:00 AM -0500 |
